GAS STATION REDESIGN
Roles: Lead UI designer and UX researcher.
This Gas Station redesign concept looks at how we can use modern emerging technologies such as NFC, machine learning, and in order to create a better gas-pump interface for the end user by resolving pain points within the gas fueling process. This project emphasized the importance of the design process in user experience by interviewing, behavior mapping, journey mapping, site mapping, wire framing, & prototyping. The concept also looks at the use of brand-standards by using the EXXON design language. This new digital interface also allows for more avenues for advertising and more opportunities to bring the user into the gas station to increase sales.
